Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy At iClass Services, we are committed to providing quality services. If you are not satisfied with the services delivered, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the service to request a refund. We will review the request and provide a refund if applicable, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made in writing.

  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been completed and delivered.

  • No refunds will be provided if the project has been in progress for more than 30 days.

2. Cancellation Policy Clients can cancel services at any time by providing written notice to us. However, cancellation may result in the following:

  • If you cancel before the service begins, a full refund will be issued.

  • If you cancel after services have started, we may charge a cancellation fee depending on the scope of work completed. Any unpaid invoices will need to be settled.

  • Any services that have been performed and are already billed will not be refunded.

3. Late Payments and Cancellations If you fail to make payment as per the agreed terms, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the services and apply any late payment penalties.

4. Modifications We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy. All updates will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
